WHO WE ARE

Everyone goes through difficult times once in a while. You may feel alone and isolated

These times can be difficult and even traumatic, but organizations like Space Aylesbury can offer you support. We support people who are going through relationship difficulties, depression, bereavement, unemployment, mental health problems, loneliness, or any combination of these issues.

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak we are running our drop-ins online and have altered some of our activities and events.  Please refer to our Facebook page for general updates. Important updates will also be communicated via Twitter.

Please contact us if you require help at this time.

IMPACT STORIES

Without support from Space I would still be struggling to deal with what happened to me

I received counselling from Space over a 6-month period after my husband left me. It was an extremely stressful and upsetting time. The help and support I received from Space helped me to deal with and understand the situation.

If I hadn’t been volunteering today, I wouldn’t have left my house. It’s lifted my mood

I’ve had a difficult week, so coming here today has helped me. I’ve had a laugh, it’s good to be in company and be with friends. The food we get via the Tesco FareShare scheme helps me to have a more varied and healthy diet
