There is someone in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 10am to 3pm. If there is no-one available to answer the phone or if you phone out of these hours there is an answerphone and all messages are picked up when someone is next available. Age UK– help people in later life to have fun, keep well, participate and contribute. We are committed to services and activities that promote healthy ageing and wellbeing, and tackle loneliness and isolation.
Aylesbury Vale LGBT Group – LGBTIQ+ events and social group.
AHAG – Aylesbury Homeless Action Group
Aylesbury Vineyard Storehouse – can help by providing free furniture, household goods, baby equipment, soft furnishings and clothing for people in the Vale of Aylesbury geographical area – who struggle financially. One-off food parcels are for those in dire financial difficulties, who are referred by local agencies.
Aylesbury Women’s Aid – help and support from women for women being abused by their partners.
Buckinghamshire Mind – is an independent charity working to support and represent people with mental health needs in the local community.
Carers Bucks – supports carers of all ages and in different caring roles by providing support, advocacy, information and advice.
Citizens Advice Bureau – for free, independent and confidential advice.

Counselling Directory – for names and information of qualified and chartered counsellors and Psychotherapists in or near to Aylesbury.
Cruse Bereavement Care – offers bereavement counselling on a one-to-one basis either in your own home or in a counselling room for as long as it is needed.
ENRYCH – enables adults with a physical disability to enjoy leisure and learning opportunities through partnership with a volunteer.
Oasis – support for anyone whose life is affected by their own or someone else’s drug or alcohol use.
POhWER – provides information, advice, support and advocacy to people who experience disability, vulnerability, distress and social exclusion.
Prevention Matters – a new service working across health, social care and the voluntary sector to help people before they reach crisis point
Rape Crisis – for victims of abuse
Relate – for relationship difficulties
Samaritans – talk any time you like, in your own way, and off the record – about whatever’s getting to you.
Saneline – works to improve quality of life for anyone affected by mental illness. Their aims are to raise public awareness, excite research, and bring more effective professional treatment and compassionate care to everyone affected by mental illness.
